1What we store

  • Telegram data: ID, username, display name, chosen language.
  • Balance and transaction history: top-ups (amount, method, payment system invoice number), debits, refunds.
  • Servers: plan, IP addresses, terms, actions in the bot (power, IP change, reinstall). Server passwords are stored only in encrypted form.
  • Support requests and complaints about your servers.

We do not ask for passport details, phone number or address.

2Why

To provide the service: deliver and renew servers, keep the balance, answer support requests, handle complaints, prevent fraud and abuse.

3Server contents

We do not look at the data on your server. We access a server only at your request (for example, for support) or when necessary to stop an attack or an AUP violation — in that case the server is powered off, not inspected. We only see network statistics (traffic volume, load) needed to run the network.

4Who receives data

  • Telegram — the bot runs on it.
  • Payment systems and the payment service that collects payments in roubles — payment data only (amount, invoice number, status). The Customer's card and bank account details never reach us and are not stored by us.
  • Data centres hosting the hardware — the server's IP address and, in case of a complaint, details of its handling.
  • Government bodies — only upon a lawful request binding on the Provider or the data centre.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

5Retention and deletion

  • Account data is kept while you use the service and for 12 months after your last activity. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and disputes.
  • Database backups are encrypted; they are kept on the server for 7 days, and an encrypted copy is sent to the service administrators.
  • Data on a deleted server is destroyed with it and cannot be recovered.
  • You can request account deletion via support (with a zero balance and no active servers).

6Contact

The data controller is the owner of the Ruby Host service (website https://rubyhost.org).

Questions about data processing, requests for a copy or for deletion: the "Support" section of the bot, @rubysupport on Telegram, email support@rubyhost.org.

Complaints about server use (abuse): abuse@rubyhost.org.

We reply within 24 hours, and within 30 days for deletion requests.
